You didn't mention what the OEM is on the mower engine, but most LT155's came with a 15HP Kohler. When you turn the key no clicks no nothing. Before, it would click a time or two then the starter would engage and start the tractor. Took the starter to a shop and it tested bad. Yes, as I said earlier the starter has an integral solonoid. You need to see if that is getting 12VDC to it and if it clicks, what the voltage is now on that large red wire once it clicks.
