AT&T's website said that they could only offer a plan for 18 Mbps (!!!) for my new address, and Comcast Xfinity said the best plan they offered was "up to" 50 Mbps.Not all programming available in all areas. Available in select areas.On cable you get a great pipe down but limited upload. With Fiber you get consistent variables of upload and download. Xfinity may offer 1000 down but only 200 up whereas fibers for the same offers 1000 up and down. The closer the upload and download speeds the least amount of latency is caused on your end..
